Responsibilities:
Responsible for upholding Universal Service level standards to maintain a level of service excellence for Connexus members and internal partner teams.
Process Connexus initiated Automated Clearing House (ACH) requests.
Review each ACH transfer request for accurate completeness from various internal departments or the member, along with validating member information in core system.
Key ACH transfer requests from the received e-mail or processing queue; entering data into ACH system.
Verify ACH transfer requests from the received e-mail or verified processing queue; validating the data was keyed accurately prior to approving transfer request.
Audit each ACH transfer request to ensure the transfer processed accurately; verifying the date and dollar amount.
Process all returned Connexus initiated transfer requests; update core systems and send notification to member.
Work a variety of specialty reports related to electronic funds transfers.
Effectively communicate with internal departments as needed.
Monitor and process work identified through different communication channels: Teams chat, e-mail, Salesforce, phone calls, etc.
Complete assigned monthly procedure reviews to ensure procedures are correct and following Federal guidelines and regulations.
Provide backup coverage for other associates as needed.
Comply with all Federal regulations as they pertain to your job duties including but not limited to BSA, Nacha Operating Rules, Regulation CC, Regulation E.
Position Requirements:
This position is Remote.
High school diploma or equivalent Required.
1+ years of related experience Required.
Evidence of good organization skills, and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Previous work experience demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
Requires basic skills to use Microsoft Suite applications and ability to adapt to job specific technologies.
Ability to analyze job functions and identify potential efficiencies.
Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with willingness to work in a fast- paced environment.
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
