Senior Applied AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to drive the development of AI-powered game features and procedural content generation. This role involves designing and implementing machine learning models to enhance gameplay, content creation, and user interactions. If you have a passion for AI-driven experiences, game design, and emerging technologies, this is an opportunity to shape the future of interactive entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven game mechanics, procedural content generation, and player interaction systems.
• Implement and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.
• Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and artists to seamlessly integrate AI-driven features into gameplay.
• Work on AI-assisted tools for content creation, enabling users to generate assets, animations, and game elements.
• Develop AI models for game balancing, player behavior prediction, and dynamic difficulty adjustment.
• Explore AI-driven content moderation to ensure safe and engaging user-generated content (UGC) experiences.
• Optimize AI performance for real-time applications, ensuring smooth and responsive interactions.
• Stay ahead of industry advancements in Generative AI, reinforcement learning, and game AI to inform development strategies.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or game AI development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or C++, with experience in building and deploying AI models.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience in procedural generation, reinforcement learning, or AI-driven game mechanics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, UX specialists, and backend engineers.
• Strong understanding of game development principles, player behavior, and AI-driven user experiences.
• Highly ambitious self-starter with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI in gaming.

• Experience with AI-driven content moderation and player safety tools.
• Knowledge of game balancing and AI-driven difficulty scaling.

Other Information:

Successful candidates for this position can expect a competitive salary within the range of $180,000 to $225,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary structure, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
