Job description

We seek an Inside Sales Specialist to join our international project with the world-leading corporation – a transportation, e-commerce, and business services provider.


Candidates based in Bulgaria ONLY.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting B2B outbound calls for small to medium businesses that have shipped items in the past. To learn about shipping, uncovering opportunities, and qualifying shipping needs to see if a business account would provide them value and if so, setting that up for them


FUNCTIONS

Conduct B2B outbound calls in France and English spoken countries in Europe

  • Lead Generation
  • Research and resolve issues reported by the customers
  • Obtain, enter, and verify customer information in a CRM systems
  • Document customer notes with clear, concise explanations in a timely, and accurate manner
  • Maintain quality conversations that meet client's standards
  • Delivering on key performance indicators required by the client
  • Customer service
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information provided by customers or data accessed
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts
  • Escalate to the supervisor the situations outside the employee’s control that could adversely impact the services being provided


YOUR PROFILE

- Native level of FRENCH language IS A MUST

- A near-native level of ENGLISH both spoken and written IS A MUST

- 2+ years in a similar position

- Experience in Lead Generation, B2B outbound calls

- Holding a high school, BA or an equivalent / higher education diploma

- Ambitious and proactive with a demonstrated ability to reach and exceed targets

- Confident and pleasant phone & email communication skills

- Interested in working in an international and dynamic sales team
