What is the job:

Radware is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads for our cybersecurity and application delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology sales processes, and a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to generate leads and identify potential customers within the target market segments.
  • Utilize various sales and marketing tools, including email campaigns, cold calling, social media outreach, and networking events, to engage with prospects and initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and facilitate handoffs of opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Radware's product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions to prospects.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales prospecting techniques and methodologies- A must. Sales experience in the tech industry- and advantage
  • An understanding of Network/Cyber Security products
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or application delivery solutions is advantageous but not required.
