Position Summary
We are seeking a Data Strategy Architect to join our Professional Services organization as a Senior Consultant, specializing in CRM data strategy and AI readiness. This individual will play a critical role in helping customers design and implement scalable, future-ready data architectures to power personalized experiences and accelerate Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption.
This is a customer-facing role requiring deep expertise in data models, integration frameworks, and metadata strategy—combined with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate in multilingual and cross-cultural environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer engagements to design data architectures that enable scalable, personalized customer experiences across CRM platforms.
Guide customers in metadata strategy, data modeling, and data integration within the context of modern cloud ecosystems.
Help clients design and implement data governance models and frameworks that support the responsible use of data in AI-driven ecosystems, including agentic networks.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating technical solutions into clear business outcomes and ROI.
Facilitate collaborative discussions across technical and business stakeholders, aligning on data strategy and architectural direction.
Stay informed on the latest developments in data platforms, AI, and emerging technologies, sharing insights with clients and internal teams
Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, driving clarity and forward momentum
Work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams and manage engagements using Agile and SAFe methodologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Engineering).
Proven experience in data architecture, data integration, and metadata management, particularly in CRM and enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and cloud-scale data platforms
Experience using Salesforce technologies, with a strong preference for familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP
Strong understanding of data modeling principles and data lifecycle management.
Experience building or supporting data strategies that enable AI applications, with awareness of agentic AI architectures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop relationships with CxO stakeholders and collaborate across cultures and geographies
Skilled at translating technical concepts into business language, clearly articulating business value and impact.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage tasks independently while working remotely with both customers and internal teams
Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English—written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications related to Data Cloud, Salesforce Platform, or Architecture.
Professional experience in consulting, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles in enterprise environments.
Deep familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
