Withing these role you will manage respective human resource and machine/tooling/ to control of production output and efficiency. Ensure the works being perform in accordance with EthosEnergy Quality and Safety Standard within budget. Manage relevant resources to maximize utilization and getting On time Delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Ensuring appropriate resources are in place within the Production section.
Regularly liaison with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering & QA section to producing the satisfactory component output as well as forecasting the accurate output.
Prepares operational schedules and control the shop floor employees to work at plan to meet company quality standard as well as required date without yielding the HS&E Policy and maximize the shop floor employees’ utilization.
Collecting and Analysis of Cost & time data to explain the cost variance. Ensure the sources of cost variance have been identified, reported and be fixed to prevent the reoccurrence in the future time.
Coaching and developing the shop floor employees’ competency to enhance repaired process/technique and improving of Quality, Cost and Time.
Ensure the shop floor employees are complying to Standard Operation Instruction, HS&E Policy. Immediately stop the work/manner which against to Quality & HS&E Policy and report to Operation Manager.
Development of continuous improvement mechanism within section, to include employee maximization and utilization, process improvement, and cellular design. Ensuring company quality procedures are adhered in the production environment
Cooperation to the production support group including Maintenance of equipment and facilities
Control and coordination of tool and general repair design/ and calibration
Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization
Cooperative with engineering section on Repair development &process /product
Setting of objectives for all subordinates, and measurement of these objectives
Regulatory Training Requirement : “Safety officer for Supervisor level” course or equivalent.
Required Skills / Knowledge
In depth knowledge and skills in appropriate field; - Combustion Cell - Thermal Cell - Nozzle Cell - Bucket Cell
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Able to work under pressure and delegate tasks a required to complete tasks in a timely manner at the highest quality
Good command of English
Experience
7+ years experience in production
3+ years experience in management level
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
