What You’ll Be Responsible For
As the executive leader of Circle's Brand & Creative teams, you will be responsible for the strategic vision and operational excellence of Circle's brand storytelling, creative development, and brand identity systems. You will build a category-defining brand that reflects trust, innovation and boldness.
Leading multidisciplinary teams across brand strategy, research, campaign concepting, design, video, owned channels and creative operations, you will transform them into a high-performance, insight-led, AI-assisted creative engine. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will partner cross-functionally with Product, BD, Policy and Communications to unify messaging, scale global brand and go-to-market campaigns and influence how Circle is perceived by customers, partners, developers, policymakers and the media.
What You’ll Work On
- Build and scale Circle’s internal Brand & Creative teams to function as a best-in-class creative engine.
- Define and steward Circle’s brand architecture, visual identity, and voice/tone across all platforms.
- Drive the development of differentiated, insight-led campaigns that position Circle building the new internet financial system.
- Oversee research and brand tracking to guide strategy and inform creative decisions across key markets and audiences.
- Lead the concepting and development of high-quality creative campaigns and assets—video, photography, design, motion, and digital content.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Comms to align creative initiatives to go-to-market strategy and business priorities.
- Manage Circle’s owned digital channels (e.g., websites, social) to ensure consistency, clarity, and performance.
- Drive the Brand & Creative teams to become AI-native, integrating GenAI tools and technologies into workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a diverse, high-performing creative team while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Core Requirements
What you’ll bring to Circle:
- 15+ years of creative industry experience, including internal studios and top-tier agencies.
- 10+ years of executive creative leadership, including experience leading brand architecture and global creative campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to scale creative organizations, systems, and processes in high-growth companies or startups.
- Exceptional ability to develop brand platforms that unify messaging across customer, developer, and policy audiences.
- Proven success building and leading teams across art direction, copywriting, design, and video production.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience building creative functions within fintech, blockchain, or B2B tech environments.
- Deep familiarity with AI-assisted creative tooling and data-informed storytelling approaches.
- Prior leadership of brand repositioning efforts that result in measurable awareness and reputation lift.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence across C-suite, cross-functional peers, and external stakeholders.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range
$252,500 - $290,000
