Job Summary As a mid-level Software Developer (Frontend), you’ll craft intuitive, engaging interfaces that connect our global user base to our core HR platform. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, scalable frontend solutions to support our rapid growth and global team collaboration.

What you’ll do as a Mid-Level Frontend Developer…

  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Develop responsive web pages and interactive elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate front-end code with back-end systems, ensuring robust data flow.
  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Continuously research new frontend technologies and best practices.

What we’re looking for…

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue) — open to all languages and frameworks.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile workflows.
