Your role:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Brand Communication to lead and shape our marketplace’s brand presence. This role will focus on defining and executing communication strategies that build brand authority, enhance visibility, drive organic growth, and deliver communication that resonates with our brand identity while making a lasting impact on our audience.

You’ll drive brand communication across all our markets — the UK, US, and APAC — collaborating with content creators, SEO specialists, and co-founders to ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels. This position is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can turn brand strategy into measurable business results, and is eager to shape the future of our brand’s identity as we take it to the next level.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
  • Brand Communication Strategy: Own and execute the brand communication strategy, aligning it with company goals. Lead content marketing, social media, PR, and partnerships initiatives to elevate brand recognition, build authority, and drive measurable impact.

  • Execution of Communication Initiatives: Lead the hands-on execution of key communication initiatives, ensuring storytelling-driven messaging that engages audiences, builds emotional connections, and strengthens the brand across all platforms.

  • Brand Presence & Channel Optimization: Oversee and optimize multi-channel efforts to enhance brand visibility, drive organic traffic, and solidify brand reputation. Focus on strategic content marketing, PR, and partnerships to secure high-quality brand mentions and backlinks.

  • Partnerships & Media Relations: Foster strong relationships with media, key influencers, and industry leaders to broaden brand reach and secure coverage in high-authority publications.

  • Performance Monitoring & Strategy Refinement: Use tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to monitor and assess brand performance. Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize brand recognition, visibility, and ROI.

  • Leadership & Coordination of Specialists: Lead and align specialists in branding activities, including content writers, agencies, and cross-functional teams. Ensure efficient initiative execution and a unified approach to achieving brand goals across all touchpoints.

Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in brand communication or marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful brand strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong ability to both strategize and execute branding initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Leadership experience managing and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in leveraging tools like Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to optimize data-based strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with influencers and media to expand brand reach.
  • A solid history of delivering successful projects and strong communication skills across all platforms.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in marketplace business models or SaaS.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) as part of brand amplification.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools
