Min 2.5 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Core responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and data entry. Assist with documentation and report preparation related to medical repatriation services. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Manage travel logistics and bookings for medical escorts and patient transport services. Maintain and update records, databases, and customer information accurately. Execute social media tasks in alignment with client instructions, including posting updates, monitoring engagement, and basic content management. Conduct research and provide summaries as needed. Perform other general virtual assistant duties as required.
