The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as an Experience Development Consultant for a 6-month term, where you will lead and contribute to frontend development projects that drive value for our customers and the business. You will leverage your expertise in Angular, React, and modern frameworks to build user-focused, scalable, and maintainable solutions. As a trusted technical advisor, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical advisor within the Experience team/organization and contribute to architectural and design decisions. - C
ollaborate with development leaders to build the platform and prioritize product development sprints.
- Develop user-facing data experiences using Angular, React, and modern web technologies. - B
uild reusable, scalable, and maintainable code and libraries for long term efficiency.- C
onduct code reviews and collaborate with QA to ensure features meet quality standards.
What You Will Bring:
- 8-10+ years of UI development experience with modern web frameworks. - E
xpert-level knowledge of Angular and React (5+ years), including experience architecting and developing web applications.- P
roficiency in front-end build tools (e.g., Vite, Rollup, pnpm) and unit testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Playwright).- Strong understanding of scalable architecture, maintainable design, and UX/UI principles. - P
ractical knowledge of databases (e.g., T-SQL, PostgreSQL); familiarity with C#/.NET MVC Framework is a plus.- E
xperience migrating Angular apps to React is highly desirable
Key Results - 30/60/90 Day Plan:
- 30 Days: Understand existing frontend architecture and codebases, including Angular and React applications. Begin addressing high-priority frontend issues in platform apps and the data browser. Build rapport with team members and integrate into daily standups. - 60 Days: Take ownership of bug fixes and enhancements for Connections, Collab Log, Forms, and the data browser.Drive progress on new features for Platform V6, collaborating on API integrations with the Platform team. Contribute to design system updates in collaboration with UX Design. - 90 Days: Lead the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable frontend solutions for Platform V6. Ensure all assigned projects meet quality and performance standards through rigorous testing and code reviews. Provide feedback and insights to influence the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs.
