Requirements for the candidate:

2+ years of experience in affiliate networks or the advertising industry
Strong knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI metrics
Hands-on experience with top tracking solutions like HasOffers, Affise, Cake or in-house platforms
Background in iGaming or betting verticals
A passion for attending and learning from biggest industry conferences
Strong self-organization and self-motivation to drive results
B2-level English and Ukrainian

Responsibilities:

Find and engage new partnerships for ensuring long-term
Support and retain existing partners to maximize LTV
Set up and adjust tracking for offers/campaigns
Monitor and optimize affiliate performance daily
Control traffic quality and approve partner payouts
Be proactive and bring new solutions and ideas – we truly value in Centro Team
