Job description

Are you passionate about creating stunning, user-friendly apps? Do you want to be part of a team that values kindness and collaboration as much as it values cutting-edge technology? At ActiveCampaign, we’re excited to announce the formation of a brand-new engineering team in Krakow, Poland, and we’re looking for talented individuals to help us bring our platform to Mobile users worldwide.

As part of this newly established team, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining a suite of apps that will revolutionize a traditionally conservative market. This is a unique opportunity to work in an autonomous environment, contribute to exciting projects, and help shape the future of our platform.

We’re looking for an iOS engineer to bring our platform to iPhones and iPads all around the world. Our ideal candidate is a curious pioneer in all things Apple, well-versed in Swift and iOS development. We value iteration, customer focus, and humility above all. We’d love for you to join our team.

What your day could consist of:
  • Participate in lightweight agile ceremonies as we build and iterate on our B2B products, serving tens of thousands of users
  • Work autonomously and with designers to create innovative features and user interactions
  • Coordinate and pair with US-based Mobile developers
  • Collaborate with developers across the organization to continuously improve our platform
  • Share your knowledge and learn from others, fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Lead development efforts for new areas of work
  • Find the best tool for the job in Apple’s vast SDK

  • What is needed:
  • Expertise with reducer-based architectures (ex: RxSwift, Combine, SwiftUI/TCA) in production applications
  • Experience with Android Development preferred
  • A curiosity for diving deep into the "how" and "why" of iOS and the broader tech landscape
  • An ability to deliver regularly while upholding software testability and maintainability
  • An ownership mentality – the Mobile team is small and has a high level of agency
  • A desire to make life better for our customers through intuitive and high-quality software

  • Why Join Us:
  • Be part of a new, autonomous team in our Krakow hub, shaping the culture and direction of our engineering efforts
  • Work on meaningful, large-scale projects that will have a direct impact on our users
  • Collaborate in a supportive, kind, and passionate team environment
  • Use cutting-edge iOS frameworks
  • This is an exciting time to join ActiveCampaign as we build out our new office in Poland. You will be a large part of developing our office culture in this new Krakow hub location.
