Job Summary

We are Looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite , HR and Payroll modules, and HCM processes. The role involves client interaction, leading workshops, and delivering end-to-end implementations with strong focus on JML, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support Oracle HCM modules within Oracle E-Business Suite.

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end HCM implementations (minimum 3).

  • Manage HR and Payroll configurations and customizations.

  • Handle Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes effectively.

  • Develop and manage HCM reports and system integrations.

  • Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and propose solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business needs.

  • Provide functional support and resolve HCM-related issues.

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and documentation.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.



Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM on Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of HR and Payroll modules.
  • Broad understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
  • Experience with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and system integration methods within Oracle HCM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and workshops.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and provide appropriate HCM solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.
  • Willingness to work in customer-facing roles with ownership of deliverables.
