Senior Concierge Specialist - Velocity Black UK (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

Communicating with clients, restaurants and team members to deliver prime-time reservations at the best restaurants in the city.
Develop new relationships with restaurants and nightlife venues in the city.
Source ideas for dining events to submit to our content team.
Assist clients with their concierge needs, which may include booking travel, renting vacation homes or cars, sourcing luxury goods, procuring tickets, etc.
Use the Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online tools to book and communicate with suppliers
Partner with suppliers around the world to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, perks, and service in the market
Source ideas for content to submit to our content team
Develop new relationships with luxury brands and experiences

Basic Qualifications: 

- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

- At least 18 months of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
