This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S
The Sr. Go-to-Market Manager is responsible for implementing and executing sales plays supporting business initiatives and processes and owning pipeline management activities. This is a highly visible cross-functional role working directly with the sales and services team, operations, marketing, and partner organizations with a goal of driving alignment across the GTM sales plays resulting in an increase in pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
How you’ll make an impact
Execute strategies and sales plays to drive revenue growth, defining sales excellence best practices
Drive consistency, scalability, and metric actions and initiatives across all sales segments
Work closely with cross-functional departments to drive consistency, scalability, metric actions and initiatives across segments, resulting in more efficient sales tool usage & higher rates of adoption
Establish timelines, project plans, and expectations across various stakeholders to manage deliverables for leadership reviews and performance updates
Analyze overall business performance and act as a trusted advisor in identifying scaling opportunities, efficiencies, and KPIs for business growth
Partner with Enablement, Partner Management Team and Services Partners to assist in educating both the sales and partner teams of campaigns
Lead and manage highly technical end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution from initial planning to completion while maintaining alignment with business objectives
Drive cross-functional collaboration, work closely with internal teams, leadership, external partners to optimize project execution and outcomes
Translate project outcomes into actionable operations across multiple business units, ensuring smooth implementation and measurable impact across teams
Establish timelines, project plans, and expectations across various stakeholders to manage deliverables for leadership reviews and performance updates
Partner with enablement to ensure that trainings are prioritized in alignment with sales needs
Create and execute prospecting strategies to increase market share through effective cold-calling, networking, and participation in strategic campaigns
Work closely with the Portfolio Manager, Director of Strategy and Planning, and other campaign team members to ensure the implementation is completed per the agreed upon design
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university (a combination of education and demonstrated experience in the industry may be considered).
Effective Communication/Collaboration and Presentation Skills
5-7 years of experience in a influencer role within Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy and Planning, 3+ years of experience within the IT industry
Demonstrated experience in the industry may be considered, with experience in a leadership role within Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, Business Development or PMO 5+ years of experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel and PPT and experience creating impactful presentations for all levels of business, strong executive communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%
