About Winona:

Winona is one of the leading telemedicine companies providing HRT for women in menopause. We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

About the role:

This role will own and manage customer data platform (CDP), tracking infrastructure, and marketing analytics tooling. You’ll ensure accurate, privacy-compliant data collection across platforms and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams to support growth, measurement, and reporting needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and expand the tracking lexicon/event schema across all platforms (web, backend, marketing tools, etc.)

  • Ensure accurate data collection and attribution across tools like Segment, GTM, Google Analytics, and Ad platforms

  • Manage integrations between the CDP (Segment) and marketing/destination tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Oversee tracking compliance including cookie management, consent banners, and data privacy best practices

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to implement new tracking events and user-level data

  • Generate self-serve reports and dashboards in Mixpanel, and support growth/marketing analytics

  • Query and maintain reporting pipelines from Snowflake and other data warehouse sources

  • Set up and optimize experiments using platforms like Optimizely

  • Support performance marketing team with attribution modeling and insights

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in a data-focused role, ideally with exposure to marketing tech, growth, or analytics engineering

  • Hands-on experience with the following tools: Segment (or similar CDPs), Snowflake (or comparable data warehouses), Facebook Ads Manager + Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Mixpanel, Optimizely

  • Strong SQL skills and comfort querying large datasets

  • Working knowledge of cookie behavior, consent management, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA)

  • Experience managing event tracking implementation end-to-end, from planning to QA

  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and cross-team communication

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools like RudderStack, BigQuery, dbt, or Amplitude

  • Experience supporting DTC, subscription, or telehealth businesses

  • Exposure to reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census
