About the Role
SonderMind’s rapid growth has presented us with the need to expand our Salesforce team. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and managing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our organizational goals. The Salesforce Architect will lead efforts in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications, leveraging Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. This role will also require proficiency in Apex development and the ability to deliver robust and scalable solutions tailored to business needs.
What you'll do
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Lead data migration and consolidation efforts to ensure accurate and seamless transitions across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure Salesforce adherence to compliance standards and best practices, including security and privacy policies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
- QA Salesforce administrator releases
- Mentor administrator and analyst, fostering skill growth within the team.

Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Advanced experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and middleware platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
- Salesforce Architect Certification or equivalent preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $160,000 to $180,000 annually.
