Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via various channels including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform, ensuring they receive prompt and effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training sessions to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
  • A strong enthusiasm for customer service and e-commerce.

  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
