Job description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or yacht design, with at least 10 years of experience in the industry. The designer will collaborate with the exterior designers, the project manager and the owner, to craft an iconic and visionary design that reflects ultimate luxury, performance, and style.

Responsibilities:
Design Development

Contribute to the conceptualization and development of the project.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure design feasibility and harmony.
Create detailed 2D and 3D models, and photorealistic renderings, design packages, including mood boards, concept sketches, and technical drawings, tailored to meet the highest industry standards.
Innovate aerodynamic and hydrodynamic solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
Research and integrate new materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices into the project.
Stay ahead of industry trends in yacht, automotive, and industrial design, ensuring the project's design is at the forefront of luxury innovation.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in yacht or automotive design.
Degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, yacht design, or a related field.
Expertise in 3D modelling & CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Alias, SolidWorks, 3ds max)
Proficiency in rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Blender).
Strong hand sketching and concept development skills.
Understanding of aerodynamics, hydrodynamics, and luxury materials.
A high-quality portfolio showcasing previous automotive, yacht, or industrial designs, highlighting creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
