The Executive Assistant to the Founders will play a key role in providing high-level support, driving operational efficiency across both companies.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive, very smart, and highly organized Executive Assistant who loves problem-solving and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role blends executive support with content creation, research, light marketing, and operational tasks. You’ll support the CEO directly and play a key role in keeping both personal and professional workflows running smoothly.
We value deep thinkers—someone who can dive into complex research topics, make sense of the noise, and summarize findings clearly. You’ll also have the chance to use cutting-edge AI tools for content and productivity (training provided if needed), so curiosity and adaptability are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage daily to-dos, reminders, scheduling, and light personal tasks to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day runs smoothly.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and multimedia content, including graphics, short-form video, and audio assets for internal and external use.
- Marketing Collaboration: Assist in managing marketing tools and executing campaigns; support brand messaging and content distribution.
- AI Tools & Automation: Learn and leverage cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Descript) for research, content creation, and workflow optimization. (training provided!)
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across relevant platforms.
- Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research on diverse topics using AI and traditional methods; synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Team & Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creative, marketing, and operational initiatives as needed.
Week 1 Ownership:
- Set up daily and weekly systems for managing executive to-dos, scheduling, reminders, and personal task coordination.
- Establish clear communication and check-in protocols with both founders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Begin exploring AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Descript) and familiarize yourself with the current content and marketing workflows.
- Conduct a light audit of ongoing operations, creative workflows, and marketing processes to identify initial areas for support or optimization.
Requirements
Non-Negotiables:
- 2+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a startup environment
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems, especially related to AI and automation
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects forward
- Strong research, synthesis, and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like ConvertKit, Buffer, HubSpot
- CRM experience (Affinity preferred)
- Workflow automation know-how (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.)
- Exposure to early-stage venture capital or startup ecosystems
- Interest in startups, tech, software development, and content creation
- Degree in Information Systems or software development enthusiast
