Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing existing products, identifying UX issues, and initiating redesigns.
  • Recommending UX improvements based on user behavior and product performance.
  • Leading A/B tests and usability assessments to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Effectively conducting workshops to develop workflows, user interactions, and UX designs.
  • Interviewing users to better understand how they use the platform, how they do their jobs, and to gather feedback on proposed new designs.
  • Actively looking for UX problems and proposing clear, actionable solutions.
  • Balancing design innovation with usability and business goals.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and user-first thinking.

  • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and behavior analytics
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating insights clearly
