RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Facilitar rituais da equipe, orientando sobre a execução de práticas de time e removendo impedimentos;
• Orientar e promover a auto-organização do time;
• Apoiar os times mantendo o foco na entrega de valor;
• Gerir riscos e impedimentos das entregas;
• Facilitador para dinâmicas que levem o time a melhoria contínua;
• Fornecer a visão do andamento da Sprint, coletando métricas e garantindo que sejam vistas por aqueles cujo trabalho está sendo medido;
• Apoiar o PO na evolução de produtos e gestão de backlog.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduação em curso de nível superior ou de curso de pós-graduação (especialização, mestrado ou doutorado) na área de Tecnologia da Informação, comprovado com Diploma de Conclusão;
• Vasta experiência na área de tecnologia da informação, comprovada em CTPS;
• Experiência comprovada em projetos de desenvolvimento de produtos de créditos (análise, score, empréstimos, pagamentos e contratos);
• Experiência como agilista utilizando frameworks ágeis como Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc;
• Experiência com criação e acompanhamento de métricas em geral (Lead Time, Cycle Time, WIP, Throughput, Previsibilidade, Leitura do CFD, Lei de Little (gargalos/filas/limitação de WIP);
• Conhecimento de técnicas de Discovery;
• Conhecimento em Jira Software;
• Conhecimento e aplicação de IA no dia a dia para agilizar e facilitar as tarefas/projeto;
• Conhecimento em projetos de desenvolvimento de software;
• Vivencias em projetos que passaram por Transformação digital;
• Obrigatório: Certificação PSM1.
