Job description

Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

RN/LPN: Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn

We are currently seeking RN/LPNs in Ocala, FL and surrounding areas. At NurseCore we are passionate about connecting healthcare professionals and nurses with medical positions that fit their lifestyle.

Current Shift Needs:
Friday, Saturday-Sunday, (days)/ 8am-8pm for Adult Case.
Thursday (8hr Day Shift)
RN Pay Rate $35/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $30/hr.

Saturday/Sunday/ Day Shift, 10 hr. Shifts for Adult Case.
RN Pay Rate $33/hr. and LPN Pay Rate $30/hr.

Friday, Saturday, Tuesday (days)/ 3pm-7pm for Peds Case.
Monda -Friday, 5 Nights Open (Night Shift)
RN Pay Rate $31/hr. (Day Shift) and $33/hr. (Night Shift). and LPN Pay Rate $28/hr. (Day Shift) and $30/hr. (Night Shift)

Retention Bonus:

Work an average of 20 hours weekly and receive a bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Paid annually thereafter.

RN: $750

LPN: $500

CNA/HHA: $250

Responsibilities:

Every day is different in-Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes. You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
