About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced, on-site Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional workflow coordination, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing internal processes across teams and shifts, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring the security and efficiency of the company’s operations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves to solve complex challenges, and can bring structure and clarity to a growing organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and workflow across teams, roles, and shifts

  • Monitor productivity, identify bottlenecks, and report key operational metrics

  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring clarity and accountability

  • Oversee completion of accounting records and ensure timely submission of regulatory documents to government agencies

  • Foster high engagement, consistency, and productivity across all teams

  • Secure company assets, including IP, data centers, physical premises, and personnel

  • Track and manage operational expenses, maintaining alignment with budgets

  • Set high standards for onboarding, training, and performance reviews of staff



Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing operations in startup or high-growth environments

  • Strong background engaging with government agencies for regulation, registration, or compliance matters

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to problem solving

  • Proven ability to lead across multiple roles, functions, and time shifts

  • Strong interest in STEM, technology, and innovation

  • Financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets

  • Must be willing and available to work on-site full time
