UK Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (21 days annual leave + 8 UK bank holidays)

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding commercial team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with one of the most recognized names in UK dentistry, engaging directly with dental practices to showcase a smart, compliance-supporting SaaS solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 100–150 outbound calls per day to engage with dental practices across the UK.

  • Book online software demonstrations for the UK-based sales team.

  • Follow up with contacts to confirm demo attendance and ensure a seamless experience.

  • Use CRM systems and provided databases effectively, leveraging insights to personalize outreach.

  • Participate in weekly product feedback catch-ups with the product development team.

  • Represent the company at dental events and award ceremonies when required.

  • Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience (ideally with a tech or SaaS product).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A resilient, go-getter attitude—able to handle rejection and bounce back stronger.

  • Polished phone manner and first-rate customer service skills.

  • Confident, personable, and great with people—our client’s reputation is built on trust.

  • Computer literate, with bonus points for experience using CMS platforms like WordPress.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running.

  • A “can-do” attitude, always looking for ways to succeed.

  • A strong drive to hit and exceed KPIs (e.g., number of demos booked weekly).

  • Passionate about personal success and financial rewards—money motivation is a plus!
