The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
RTX has an opening for a highly motivated and experienced Safe Agile Product Owner to join the Engineering & Technology Application Services (ETAS) Agile Release Train (ART). As a Safe Agile Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services, following the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will collaborate with cross-functional team, working with Product Management, Architecture, helpdesk, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and validate completion of the product vision.
What You Will Do:
Product Ownership: Serve as the main contact for the product, managing the product backlog and defining priorities.
Vision and Strategy: Develop and share a clear product vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
Prioritization and Requirements: Prioritize features based on value and feasibility, and document requirements to guide development teams.
Stakeholder Engagement and Agile Framework: Collaborate with stakeholders and champion the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
Roadmap, Release Planning, and Metrics: Create a product roadmap, participate in release planning, and track KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience, with SAFe Product Owner certification being a strong plus.
Agile and Engineering Tools: Experience with agile management tools (e.g., JIRA) and engineering tools (e.g., PDM, PLM, CADD) is beneficial.
Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the engineering management system due to government data requirements.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
