Job description

đź“Ť Remote (Canada-based) | Full-Time

At Disco, we’re reinventing how people learn by making knowledge living, social, and intelligent. AI-native. Community-powered. Beautiful by design. Built for the future of work.

Now, we’re hiring a Product Manager to help us build that future.

This is a high-impact role. You won’t just manage backlogs — you’ll shape product direction, own outcomes, and help define how modern learning happens.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a cross-functional squad to ship product that matters — fast and thoughtfully
  • Own product areas end-to-end, from idea to execution to iteration
  • Talk to users constantly, find real pain points, and turn them into bold solutions
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and GTM to launch and scale features
  • Prioritize with conviction — balancing customer insight, product vision, and business goals
  • Measure what matters, iterate quickly, and level up what we deliver with every cycle
  • Be the voice of the customer — and an advocate for where the world is going
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of product management experience in fast-moving, product-first SaaS companies
  • You’ve shipped features that moved the needle — ideally both zero-to-one and at scale
  • A builder’s mindset — you’re energized by ambiguity, systems thinking, and creating clarity from chaos
  • Sharp product intuition and high standards — you know what great looks like and how to get there
  • A strong communicator who brings people with you — across engineering, design, and GTM
  • Deeply customer-obsessed — you don’t just talk about users, you talk to them
  • High agency, high ownership — you don’t wait to be told what to do. You see the problem and solve it
  • Comfortable in a remote-first, high-trust environment with fast feedback loops and lots of autonomy
  • Data-informed, not data-blind — you know how to use data to validate direction, not just track vanity metrics
  • Based in Canada, with the ability to attend quarterly team events in Toronto
Why Disco?
  • Real Ownership – You’ll own meaningful product surface area and shape how we scale
  • AI-First – We’re not bolting AI on; it’s core to how we build
  • Design-Led – We care about product aesthetics, UX, and polish as much as power
  • High-Velocity – Small team, clear direction, fast shipping
  • Mission-Driven – Help people learn, grow, and do the best work of their lives
  • World-Class Team – You’ll work with exceptional humans who care deeply about their craft

If you're ready to do the best work of your career — with a team that’s building boldly, moving fast, and redefining how the world learns — we’d love to meet you.
