Job Description

InPost Group is rapidly growing its tech team and looking for a hands-on, strategic QA Lead to elevate the quality, scalability, and reliability of our systems. You’ll take charge of QA strategy across cloud and on-prem microservices, lead automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Join our growing technology team. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and systems. You will lead a team of QA engineers, define testing strategies, manage test planning, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor QA engineers across multiple teams
  • Define and implement quality strategies, both manual and automated
  • Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts
  • Ensure comprehensive testing: functional, integration, regression, performance
  • Partner with Product, Dev, and DevOps to integrate quality into the SDLC
  • Own and optimize CI/CD test pipelines
  • Monitor and report on QA metrics and quality KPIs
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution
  • Participate in architecture reviews and sprint ceremonies
  • Recommend and implement test tools and frameworks

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in QA, 2+ in a lead capacity
  • Strong grasp of QA processes, tools, and automation practices
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Git)
  • Experience in testing APIs and backend systems
  • Knowledge of performance/load-testing tools
  • Exposure to GCP or similar cloud platforms
  • Agile/Scrum mindset
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

Collaboration and communication:

  •  Align QA efforts with APM & PUDO domain priorities
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
