Job description

Salary: P40,000-P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule:  Monday-Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3 years + experience in an administrative role, ideally within the loan processing or financial services industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Google search and basic knowledge of utilizing AI tools such as Chat GPT is a plus.

  • Previous experience in the banking, loan processing, or finance sector is preferred but not required

What will you do?

We are currently seeking a Loan Processing Support Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the loan processing department by handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Data Input: Input data into up to 50 different banking portals to ensure accuracy and timeliness of loan applications.
  • Invoicing: Handle invoicing tasks related to business and finance settlements, private sale invoices, invoice requests, and other related activities.
  • CRM Management: Download and organize documents from CRM systems for internal filing, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Calendar Coordination: Schedule and coordinate calendar invites, manage appointments, and assist with scheduling related to loan processing and client meetings.
  • Client Communication: Regularly send email communications to clients, including promotional materials, updates, and general correspondence.
  • Research & Technology Assistance: Use Google search to gather necessary information for loan processing, and leverage Chat GPT for high-level support tasks and research.
