Our product is a cutting-edge platform, that utilizes Behavioral AI to analyze hours of depositions in mere minutes, uncovering deception, discrepancies, and contradictions with incredible speed and accuracy.

What You'll Do

Lead our talented team
Take an active part in building software architecture
Keep our code quality so clean it sparkles
Guide the team through the maze of modern web development
Be our security champion and quality gatekeeper.

What Were Looking For

Deep expertise in our tech stack:
React (like it's second nature)
Next.js (the newer, the better)
TypeScript (because any is not your style)
Node.js (backend brilliance required)
Tailwind CSS (making things pretty efficiently)
DevOps (because someone needs to keep the lights on)
Vercel and Railway for deployments (smooth sailing required)
Python and data science for GraphQL (data whisperer level)
Playwrite for QA
Payment integrations (because money matters).

Must Have Skills / Experience

7+ years of building awesome things on the web
Experience in leading teams is a very big plus
A track record of shipping products that users love
The ability to explain technical concepts without making people's eyes glaze over
A healthy obsession with code quality and best practices
The wisdom to know when to use cutting-edge tech and when to stick with tried-and-true solutions
Code quality standards that would make Clean Code authors proud
