Job responsibilities:

• Produce Engaging Educational Content: Edit and produce high-quality educational videos that are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with the brands message and goals. 
• Create Social Media Content: Develop and edit platform-specific short-form videos, including reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the content and creative teams to understand project objectives, delivering videos that meet stakeholder expectations. 
• Optimize for Platforms: Ensure videos are tailored for specific platforms by optimizing aspect ratios, file sizes, and formats for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels. 
• Integrate Graphics and Animations: Use Adobe Suite tools to design and incorporate professional graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and visual appeal. 
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent style, tone, and branding across all video content to reinforce brand identity. 
• File Management: Organize raw video files, project assets, and final deliverables efficiently for easy access and future use. 
• Incorporate Feedback: Accept and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and perfect video outputs while maintaining a professional approach. 
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and platform-specific best practices to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
•  Support eLearning Initiatives: Edit videos specifically for eLearning platforms, focusing on creating impactful and educational content tailored to diverse learners.

Job requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience as a video editor. Strong portfolio showcasing educational and social media video projects, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. 
• Hands-on experience with eLearning video content editing. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). 
• Expertise in the Adobe Suite, including tools for graphics and animations. 
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of video production, such as sound editing, color grading, and pacing. 
• Platform-Specific Skills: Experience creating optimized content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with their unique requirements. 
• Proficiency in creating and managing YouTube-specific content with a focus on engagement and reach. 
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. 
• Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback to refine projects. 
• Organizational skills for efficient management of video files and project assets.
