Min 2.5 years Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or Sales Representative. Ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Experience using CRM software and scheduling tools. Familiarity with event planning or trade shows (preferred but not required).
Core responsibilities:
Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential exhibitors, or sponsors. Qualify leads and assess their interest in hosting the event. Follow up with warm leads and inquiries to secure appointments. Set up meetings with event organizers and facilities Maintain and update appointment schedules and calendars. Provide information about the event, its benefits, and the value of attending. Address questions and concerns while ensuring a positive experience. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth event promotion. Track lead conversion rates and provide insights to improve outreach strategies
