Industry: BPO
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Computer Vision and Machine Learning to develop and deploy a proof-of-concept (POC) AI model for object detection. This role will involve the entire ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and model development to deployment and performance evaluation, working closely with the team to deliver an innovative solution.
Main Responsibilities:
Model Development (POC):
Design, develop, and train a Computer Vision model to detect objects in screen share video streams.
Experiment with deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, object detection models) to optimize performance.
Create robust data preprocessing pipelines to handle varying screen share conditions (e.g., resolution, lighting).
ML Engineering Support:
Assist in selecting and implementing appropriate ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and YOLO.
Troubleshoot issues related to model development, training, and implementation.
Model Deployment & Evaluation:
Recommend and help deploy the POC model to environments like cloud or edge platforms.
Define and implement evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score) to assess model performance.
Analyze model performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Document the development, deployment, and evaluation processes.
Main Requirements:
B. Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
3-5 years of coding experience in AI, with proficiency in Python or similar languages.
Strong background in developing and deploying Computer Vision models, with hands-on experience in deep learning (CNNs, object detection).
Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning).
Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
