Position Overview:
As a Digital Solutions Architect we are seeking someone with proven technical leadership in architectural design, data solutions, and the implementation of highly scalable, distributed applications.
Responsibilities:
● Lead Technology & Strategy Engagements: Proven experience working with Adobe’s Martech suite, ideally including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and the Realtime Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), or if not, the equivalent systems from other vendors. A strong understanding of marketing technology, customer journey design, and data-driven marketing strategies. Proficiency in leveraging Adobe tools for automated journey creation, data activation, and personalization.
● Data Architecture: Strong experience designing and working with enterprise data structures across multiple systems. Recommend best practices for designing & planning data structures – tables, fields and NoSQL JSON structures. Ideally would have worked with Adobe’s XMD data format.
● Data Analysis: Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and data insights to refine strategies for better outcomes. Develop and execute segmentation strategies within the RTCDP to drive targeted and personalized marketing campaigns
● Training: create presentations and instruct other team members on the use of AEP, RTCDP & AJO, and oversee/mentor those team members as they learn the tools
● Client Collaboration: Gain in-depth knowledge of a client’s digital experience strategy, online business model, and customer goals. Work closely with clients to implement data integrations in support of customer use cases and journeys. Confident and professional in client-facing meetings, including with senior leadership.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree a plus, in the field of technology or business or equivalent work experience.
● Demonstrated strong background as a solutions architect.
● Play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and customer journeys using Adobe’s Martech suite and associated tools
● Proven experience configuring and deploying AJO and/or Adobe Campaign. Throuough understanding of the data structures involved and confident in use of all fetures of those products such as Workflows, email templates, etc.
● Experience with the implementation and configuration of other products from Adobe’s Martech suite, such as RTCDP, Analytics & Target, to meet specific business goals
● Experience with the collection, integration, and management of data for use by MarTech applications such as Adobe’s RTCDP
● JavaScript and/or Python coding skills
Nice to Have:
● Certifications with relevant digital marketing tools.
● Experience with machine learning technology.
● Solid understanding of data security/privacy best practices.
● Experience with other customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Tealium, Salesforce, Segment, Treasure Data, etc.
