Job description

We are looking for a reliable licensed insurance agent that can help us get FCA authorization for our insureTech platform in the UK. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to the FCA regulatory framework.  The role is remote and flexible on hours worked.

Our team will handle all regulator licensing requirements and filings for you to hold FCA authorization in the UK with minimal work on your behalf.

Optionally, you have the option to continue to work as an agent and earn ultra competitive commissions selling insurance products in the UK, but this is not required.

We are large scale quality lead generators of life insurance and PMI leads in the UK and can provide you with leads to build your book of business if required.

About the Role:
  • You will help co-ordinate the process to get FCA Authorised
  • Provide insights and understanding of the insurance industry
  • Set up distribution framework for our brokerage
  • Maintain relationship with FCA
  • Process applications and ensure accurate policy documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and product offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years working at Insurance Brokerage
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Relevant industry qualifications (CeMAP, DipFA, or equivalent) preferred.
