Job description

As a Quality Analyst at Aspire, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence and user satisfaction of our digital products by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include defining user tasks, developing comprehensive experience plans, and creating interactive prototypes. You will utilize UX principles, data-driven design strategies, and user research to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that prioritize the needs of our users and enhance the overall product experience.

What you’ll do
  • Design and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure high-quality releases
  • Perform exploratory, regression, smoke, and system testing
  • Validate authentication workflows including login, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, etc.
  • Log clear and reproducible bugs in the defect tracking system
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and team retrospectives
  • Assist in maintaining test documentation and test data

What you’ll need
  • Experience with authentication systems and identity & access management (IAM)
  • Hands-on experience with ForgeRock (e.g., AM, IDM, DS)
  • 2+ years of experience in manual software testing
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Ability to think critically and identify edge cases
  • Experience testing APIs, UI, and workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar
