Client Management
You will onboard new clients which includes getting access to ad accounts, introducing them to the team and ensuring they have a positive initial experience with our processes
You will share content and copy for client approval, collect any feedback/amendments and ensure the team fulfill that feedback
You will manage between 8-15 clients at any given time
Send monthly invoices to clients and ensure all invoices are paid on time
Client Meetings
You will conduct a weekly meeting with each client that can last up to 1 hour updating them on performance, task progression and next steps
Create agendas to address previous and future tasks before meetings
Send meeting minutes to clients directly after calls
Update Asana on action points directly after the client calls
Media Buying
You have a strong enough understanding of Meta and Google Ads to the extent that you explain Media buying performances
You can make simple suggestions on media buying strategies and content ideas on client calls
You have hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads (you will not run or manage any advertising campaigns)
Client Reporting
You will record a Loom video each week explaining the results for the week, presenting new ideas and reporting on tests that have been conducted during the week (the content for this Loom video will be shared by the Head of Strategy but you will take their insights and record the report)
Monthly reports on the 1st of each month detailing the performance of emails and ads
Communication and Character
You overcommunicate and are extremely detailed oriented
You relentlessly chase tasks both from the client and from the internal team to ensure they are done early
A great energy and vibe that is infectious and makes everyone else happy
You go above and beyond to make clients happy
You are confident in front of the camera even when clients are pressuring you and asking difficult questions
