The Role
Geria seeks an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to identify and create new qualified opportunities within Enterprise-level accounts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building and executing outbound campaigns targeting multiple stakeholders within a specific account list or territory. The ability to engage in meaningful, value-driven conversations with stakeholders across complex, cross-functional teams is essential.
Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to uncover new opportunities within targeted accounts.
Develop and maintain detailed stakeholder maps by function and influence.
Design, implement, and refine prospecting strategies using email, social media, cold calling, and qualification conversations.
Organize, schedule, and manage qualified meetings for Account Executives (AEs).
Support and contribute to Geria’s marketing campaigns.
Follow up on, qualify, and respond to inbound inquiries for the Enterprise.
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets (new enterprise opportunities generated, discovery calls, revenue closed won).
Actively engage and contribute to Enterprise Sales Team meetings and standups.
Qualifications:
2 -3 years of experience as an SDR and/or AE with a proven track record of generating outbound-sourced qualified opportunities.
Experience interacting with Enterprise-level clients.
Background in Staffing/IT/SaaS technology models is a plus.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, managing multiple stakeholders and sales activities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and execute prospecting strategies and activities with assigned AEs.
Proficient in using premium sales tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
A strong desire to WIN and secure a "Yes" in every account you touch.
Continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance sales outcomes and processes.
Self-motivated and regarded as a strong team player by peers.
Knowledgeable about digital roles and functions by skill set.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy high-velocity sales cultures.
Interest or experience in fully remote work.
