Job description

We are seeking a passionate Promo and Retention Manager to drive growth in the Mexican market.

Your role will be to implement promotional strategies to increase a new locally regulated brand's visibility within the Mexican market.

 

All you need is:

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Promotion and Retention Manager in the iGambling or Betting industry;
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the iGambling and Betting landscape, including industry trends, player preferences, and regulatory considerations;
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth;
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions;
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset;
  • A passion for the iGambling and Betting industry and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and developments;
  • Knowledge of Mexico's market and customer.io tool will be a plus.

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Developing and implementing promotional strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation;
  • Collaborating with the product and design teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the unique selling points of our products and services;
  • Identifying target audience segments and tailoring marketing messages and promotions to resonate with their preferences and behaviours;
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies;
  • Monitoring key retention metrics and KPIs, such as churn rate, reactivation rate, and customer satisfaction, and utilising data-driven insights to optimize retention initiatives;
  • Working closely with the product development team to provide input on product enhancements and features that can drive customer retention and engagement;
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure effective resolution of player issues and concerns, and implementing proactive measures to prevent churn;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players and high-value customers, providing personalized experiences and managing VIP retention programs;
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate retention and promotion performance.
