The Billing Customer Service Representative coordinates and takes care of the billing details of the organization’s customers. He/She is responsible for closing out jobs, handling technician payments, answering queries of the customers, updating financial records, giving instructions, update site visit status, give necessary guidance, information and solve the billing issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
➢ Update the site visit status, customer's financial records and ensure cost of parts labor line items are captured and added to the invoice.
➢Accurate and timely billing of customers and payment of technician's work, minimizing billing errors.
➢ Respond to technician inquiries and resolve billing-related concerns professionally and promptly.
➢ Ensure technician compliance with the work order instructions and completion of work.
➢ Ensure the techn ician closes out his ticket with the desired deliverables, close out notes and codes.
➢ Send reminders to technicians when they fail to close their tickets after the job completion.
➢ Referring unresolved ticket issues to designated platforms for investigation and resolution.
➢ Handle customer & technician calls professionally when needed, assist with billing issues, and escalate any atypical situations to management.
➢ Analyze and resolve all accounting disputes.
➢Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
➢ At least 6 months to 1 year experience as CSR.
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
➢ High attention to detail and accuracy in performing billing-related tasks.
➢ Good math skills.
➢ Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
➢ Enthusiastic about learning, adapting to different billing processes/projects.
➢ Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effectively resolving billing discrepancies.
➢ Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, handling dispatch/project inquiries and concerns.
➢ Highly organized and efficient, managing multiple tasks and meeting goals/deadlines.
