Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers — and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.
TCGplayer promotes and drives growth of our products and services by connecting a global community of millions of buyers with tens of thousands of sellers in a $25B global collectible hobby market. Our wide range of technology services, tools and features allows us to enable high-volume exchange of trading cards so sellers can maximize their returns and enthusiasts can get every card they want at a good price. These tools range from our marketplace itself, to SaaS POS solutions for game stores, to high-volume fulfillment operations to robots capable of digitizing high volumes of TCGs.
In late 2022, TCGplayer was acquired by eBay as part of eBay’s strategy of focusing on categories where it has a unique ability to provide differentiated value to the marketplace. Since then, we have implemented back office integrations to improve services but, on the whole, TCGplayer is able to operate independently in order to continue directly addressing the needs of the hobby community. From a business and a career perspective, this creates a situation that is the ‘best of both worlds’ - TCGplayer has autonomy to quickly adapt and meet the needs of the hobby community, while being supported by one of the world’s leading tech companies known for having a great work environment and supporting small businesses around the world.
