  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.
  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to understand problems, define desired outcomes, and craft solutions.
  • Serve as a product owner on the scrum team(s) and work with engineers to deliver a timely quality product.
  • Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships with lenders and government agencies at the project manager level to inform product updates and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own and enhance digital loan application submission workflows to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Translate regulatory program changes and business logic into precise, actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Experience working with design, user analytics, and project management tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback.
  • Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges, acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes.
