Drive sales of Agilent's Cancer Diagnostic and Genomics products, including automated workflow solutions, to clinical labs, hospitals, reference centers, and research institutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed territory revenue targets and performance goals.
Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities while maintaining and rapidly growing existing customer accounts.
Regularly engage with Pathologists, Administrators, Technicians, and Purchasing Agents to present value-based solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional product presentations, technical demonstrations, and business reviews.
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring post-sales support and customer happiness.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, market analysis, and customer feedback to internal teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and resolve issues.
Represent Agilent at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences industry.
Consistent track record in developing new business and handling sophisticated accounts.
Experience selling into reference labs, medical centers, and clinical labs is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Genomics and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows is a strong plus.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 80%) within the assigned territory.
Ability to work independently, remain focused in the field, and adapt to varied customer environment

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least April 11, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible. In the US, this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $177,210.00 - $295,350.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
