Job description

Role: Performance Tester with Jmeter and Apm Tools
Location: Mooresville, NC
Duration: 6+ months Contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity, and scalability.
Work with Domain teams to understand workload models for each system and gather Performance Requirements.
Create performance test plans and scenarios and develop test scripts in Jmeter/K6 to meet the objectives of the performance test plan.
Perform Load tests using Load Runner and analyze root causes of performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Automate Performance testing and integrate it to the existing CI/CD pipelines for a better user experience.
Setup performance test and performance regression testing guidelines and standards.
Perform Chaos testing using litmus chaos and set up standards for CI/CD integration.

Qualifications:

Experience in Performance test scripting using JMeter, K6, and other tools.
Experience working with any APM tool Dynatrace/Skywalking
Experience with Continuous Integration (Jenkins or similar tool) and Continuous Testing
