APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement:

Title- ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Location- Remote
Duration- Contract

Job Overview: As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize applications, and ensure the effective deployment of ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow best practices and development methodologies.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective usage of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on ITSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.), Service Portal, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
