About the Role

We’re looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—helping them book, reschedule, and manage their beauty appointments. Your goal: make every interaction feel seamless, polished, and personal. If you’re a great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment—and you’re fluent in both English and French—we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

  • Handle booking inquiries via chat, email, and phone (in both French and English)

  • Reschedule or adjust bookings as needed

  • Notify customers and therapists about appointment changes or delays

  • Assign replacement therapists for canceled appointments

  • Assist with group and corporate bookings

  • Address low-level complaints professionally and efficiently
