Up to 2 years of Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling ensuring seamless coordination.
Handle email and phone correspondence, prioritizing messages and responding on behalf of the executive as needed.
Assist with daily operations, including tracking inventory, coordinating vendor communications, and ordering supplies.
Support marketing efforts, including scheduling social media content, coordinating promotions, and assisting with brand partnerships.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents to support decision-making.
Oversee customer inquiries and appointment bookings, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
