Job title: Region Coordinator - CBUSA 
Compensation: $50,000-$65,000  
Location: Remote – Must be located in North Carolina or South Carolina 

The job:   

As a Region Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting CBUSA's regional leadership, ensuring builders and vendors thrive in our industry-leading group purchasing network. You'll be behind the scenes, driving key efforts in vendor and builder engagement, managing crucial data, and overseeing program administration—helping our partners make the most of their membership. By working directly with builders and vendors, you’ll streamline processes, boost participation, and ensure they’re receiving the full benefits of our national contracts. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on both our members’ success and the continued growth of CBUSA, all while collaborating with a team that’s committed to delivering the best results.  

What you will do:   

• ​​Support region leadership efforts to grow the network through recruitment, quarterly review of member engagement data and market metrics.  

• Execute and maintain up to date membership documentation and manage new member contract documentation.  

• Coordinate monthly market meetings including builder attendance and sponsor engagement.  

• Drive builder and vendor participation in quarterly reporting, the discrepancy process, and national contract reporting.  

• Serve as customer service support contact for builder/vendor members who have reporting questions and maintain builder/vendor-related customer service and accounting needs.  

• Manage the discrepancy process to ensure members receive maximum credit for earned rebates and support vendor payment reconciliations.  

• Survey and collect data from active members and provide support for builders and local vendors in national contracts and the Committed Purchase program.  

Who you are and what you need:   

• ​​High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.   

• 5+ years of experience with company operations preferred.  

• Previous experience in homebuilding industry is preferred.  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI) and internet applications.  

• Travel required as needed, depending on business requirements.
