Job description

POSITION Project Manager PMP With Organizational Change Management (OCM)
LOCATION- Remote

Mandatory Qualifications for OCM Leads:

Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.

Education
(a) a bachelor's degree, and
(b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified.
Implementing OCM practices using IT Prosci/ADKAR change management framework or equivalent industry recognized change management methodology (e.g., Kotter and McKinsey & Company) in the last seven years.
Minimum of five years' experience in Information Technology, and at least three years of that experience must include identifying organizational improvements by employing Prosci/ADKAR framework or equivalent change management methodology with government entities.
Minimum of five years' experience in Information Technology, and at least three years of that experience with implementing OCM with diverse/disparate external stakeholder groups statewide.
Certification in Prosci/ADKAR framework or equivalent industry recognized change management methodology.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing OCM services utilizing the Prosci/ADKAR framework in a 'Lead' capacity for implementing an IT project to diverse/disparate external stakeholders and users at multiple locations across a state.

Desirable:
Certification in Prosci/ADKAR framework or equivalent change management certification (e.g., Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Association of Change Management Professionals or Change Management Certificate from Association of Talent Development).
Experience leading OCM efforts for CA statewide IT system implementations.
Experience leading OCM efforts with California State government IT system implementations.
Experience leading OCM efforts working with non-profit/consumers for IT system implementations.
Experience performing OCM involving cloud-based IT.
A minimum of three (3) years managing two or more OCM project efforts at the same time where each effort involved disparate groups involving management, end users and external users.
